Terms & Conditions

• All rented dresses must be handled with care. Customers agree to use the dress properly and return it in the same condition as received.

• Any damage, excessive stains, tears, burns, missing parts, or loss of the dress will be charged to the customer. Repair or replacement costs will depend on the extent of the damage and the value of the item.

• Dresses must be returned on or before the agreed return date and time. Late returns will incur a fee of ₱150 per day. Failure to return the item after 3 days without consent may result in being charged the full value of the dress.

• A 50% downpayment is required to confirm and secure the rental booking. The remaining balance must be settled before or upon release of the dress.

• Once the downpayment is made, the payment is non-refundable. Release dates may be rebooked depending on availability. Bookings may be cancelled but remain non-refundable under any circumstances.

• By proceeding with the rental and paying the downpayment, the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
